ResidentOur goal is to provide an environment that combines wellness with hospitality. Our community strongly supports a resident's choice, dignity and independence. Everyone is encouraged to participate in many facets that our community offers, but it is always a resident's choice to do so. Resident care is kept confidential to preserve each resident's dignity, and we structure our programs and activities to develop every resident's independence. 
Executive DirectorThe Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of the community in accordance with all state and federal rules, regulations and laws applicable to the operation of a licensed assisted living community. The Executive Director serves as a contact person for members of each resident's family and communicates changes in resident's behavior or physical condition. 
Your FamilyYour family members are encouraged to be involved in every aspect of your stay at our community. Whether it is joining us for meals, taking part in activities or a planned outing, or attending a physician appointment, family is, and always will be, an integral part in the day-to-day lives of our residents. The resident will have an apartment home at our community and just like at their home now, family should be a part of their home at all times. 
Health and WellnessHealth and wellness services offer the community's residents a full range of personal care services as part of its personalized care program. Our health and wellness services staff will assist you with medications, special care as needed and additional services as required. The community employs personal care staff under the supervision of our Health and Wellness Director, a licensed nursing professional. 
Your PhysicianYour physician is the lead person in coordinating the care, services and prescriptions for you as a resident. Your physician communicates to our community what the health and wellness staff needs to do to properly give you care. It is important to have the physician take an active role in all aspects of a resident's care to ensure the proper services and medicines are being administered. 
Resident AssistanceOur personalized resident care program focuses on the resident and his or her relationship to the Resident Assistant. Our staffing plan allows residents and assistants to form unique relationships of trust and mutual respect. Resident Assistants are trained to reinforce initiative, self-reliance, self-esteem, mobility, activities of daily living and coping skills in residents. Strength-based programming encourages independence and ensures that personal preferences are respected. 
Scheduled ActivitiesOur community employs a full-time Activities Director to oversee a variety of activities, classes, trips, parties, entertainment programs and events each month. A large activities calendar which displays a complete listing of the current month's activities and events is included in each monthly newsletter. The current daily schedule of events is posted in the main lobby. 
Building ServicesRegent Court's Building Services staff will perform needed repairs on your apartment home and its fixtures and appliances. This includes maintenance services for the refrigerator, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning machinery and all other building equipment. In addition to having your own on-staff repairman, you also have Regent Court's outstanding housekeeping staff, which provides weekly cleaning and linen replacement service. 
Dining ServicesThree meals are served daily in our community dining room. You will enjoy many traditional favorites as well as alternative culinary selections featured on each daily menu. Menus will change seasonally, offering a continued variety of nutritious meals for your enjoyment.
